Warranty:
We happily offer a 12-month client warranty from the first date of purchase for your TEMPT products.
In the unlikely event that there are manufacturing faults associated with your item/s or if you consider that an item/s are defective, and you are entitled to a replacement, please contact us at hey@tempt.vip with your concerns and we will review and respond with 02 (two) business days.
Kindly note that after this 12-month date of purchase we have no obligation to send you a replacement.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase kindly contact us within 03 (three)working days of receiving your order.
We cannot guarantee the effectiveness of products past their expiration date. Please check the expiration date on your products before use.

1. Shipping charges
Estimated shipping charges are calculated as per the value of the order and can be viewed in the cart section at the time of checkout. For any further shipping related information, please write to hey@tempt.vip.

a) Shipping Timelines
We try to release the shipments out as soon as possible.Here are some broad guidelines:
- 24 working hours for order preparation.
- 2-3 working days for order delivery to metro cities.
- 5-7 working days for non-metro cities.

b) Cancellation Policy

Customer cancellation:
The customer can cancel the order 24 (twenty-four) hours before TEMPT ships it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

TEMPT Cancellation:
There may be certain orders that TEMPT’s partners are unable to accept and service and these may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by our partners.
TEMPT also reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by TEMPT as per certain criteria. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive:
- i. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale;
- ii. Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address;
- iii. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered;
- iv. Invalid address given in order details;
- v. Any malpractice used to place the order.
- No cancellation charges shall be levied for cancellation of an order in accordance with the terms of this policy.

Order Tracking
- a. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped
- b. You can track your order using the tracking number provided on our website/application or the shipping carrier’s website.
Lost or damaged shipments
- a. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at hey@tempt.vip.
- b. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and send you a replacement product.
